The magistrate judge has denied Heathers right to represent
herself via "Pro Se".
She was to show separation from the Strawman and her flesh
and blood body.
All her supporting documents have been withdrawn from the
court in DC without cause.
She is also being extradited to Tennessee where one can only
assume that her case with Randall will be combined into one.
Note: being that she is now transferred to Tennessee, her
case will need a new discovery and filings. Which will give
her another opportunity to re-submit any supporting
documents or claims.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and willingness to
dialogue. I sense in the Spirit that you have an amazing
heart. My concern is that we not leave anyone behind... that
EVERYONE has opportunity to ascend as God is not willing
that anyone should perish...
If I may first build a relational bridge that speaks from my
perspective, I would like to share something from Ian
Clayton who teaches on the Governmental Counsel of Heaven,
Angelic Hierarchies and the Sound and Frequencies of
Creation and much more! (he can be found on YouTube)
Anyway he speaks of the "Glory of God" ...the Divine Deposit
of our Creator in EACH man, woman and child in the Earth...
This is something at the very core of each of us and has no
bearing on our religion or belief system, but is instead a
kingdom of conscious. This deposit or Kingdom of God within
is accessed through Christ's Gateway of First Love and
spills into and saturates our Spirit and as our Spirit is
filled with this Divine Love, the essence of I AM saturates
our Soul through other Divine Gateways and as our Soul
through the Beauty of His Love is cleansed of hatred,
jealousy, pride and selfish ambition, we begin to truly
manifest the love of God outwardly.
Personally I believe the ones who manifested the I AM of
Yahweh greater than anyone would be Jesus Christ or Yeshua
followed closely by Mahatma Gandhi. It was Gandhi who said
"I'd be a Christian if it were not for the Christians" Even
after the Jallianwala Bagh massacre; it was the influence of
this "Great Soul" that steered the course of a nation. And
yet while Gandhi led a non-violent revolution that saved his
nation from an era of bloodshed, the compromise accepted at
that time still led to economic slavery and oppression.
This leads us back to the main focus of my previous post
which was to remember DO NO HARM...
Yet the ONLY acceptable outcome THIS TIME is a NON-VIOLENT
(DO NO HARM) REVOLUTION that at the same time MUST destroy
the yoke of economic slavery.
Let's call this acceptable outcome a trigger for "Ascension"
and yet before I continue, let me simple share that my
credentials may not measure up to what many look at for
accreditation or authority to speak. But if Mel Brooks in
his "History of the World" can make 15 commandments into 10
and Jesus can make that into 2 commandments and then
condense that into 1, then perhaps someone like me with a
limited formal education and 30 plus years of contemplative
prayer may have something meaningful to share.
I can talk about licenses and offer for a Doctorate based on
my past work, but Paul a follow of Jesus said that that he
counted all of these types of accreditation as dung that he
might win Christ or in other words... that he might
ascend... So if there are those reading this that have a
bunch of letters after your name, I only ask that you don't
diminish others in the dialogue that needs to occur...
Otherwise you might be called out for bringing dung to the
dinner table.
One last thing before we look at a measured dialogue...
A Nod to Winston Shrout even though I only heard of him a
month ago... Unfettered Access to TDAs to those who are
unprepared? = a tummy ache... to diabetic shock to
pancreatic cancer: maybe a more sophisticated way of
describing the effect of 127,000,000 employed lottery
winners cashing in all at once, but either way I think we
can all see the potential for societal meltdown if we move
forward in reckless abandon. I DO NOT believe HATJ is cabal,
but I MUST unequivocally state that any disbursement of
resources in a manner where the recipients are not prepared
for that level of cash infusion will lead to a societal
meltdown... and THAT should be viewed as a cabal agenda.
Following a framework of reaching a consensus by presenting
a THESIS and an ANTITHESIS related to the TDAs, I present

BEFORE I MOVE ON - I do NOT intend to write in a dismissive
way concerning the position or current state of affairs of
Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf. I sensed the pleasure of God
concerning her motives and the pathway she has chosen has
only purified her spirit in the midst of the fiery trial she
is in. I am not in agreement with the long term effect of
unfettered access for all, but I support her in Spirit... I
KNOW our belief systems are different and how we approach
matters of faith do not line up, but love never fails and we
must support and love one another as the dialogue we are ALL
called to cannot happen without love. Love is the water in
the soil of ascension... To make my point about a week ago
my beloved who pours out love wherever she goes shared that
"Love is the Currency of Heaven" Earlier today I was
checking on Heather's status and found where someone had
written that "Love is a Divine Currency" Differing beliefs
cannot divide Love, and this is why Love cannot fail.
Anyway... Now for the Proposed Synthesis - We already know
what this is... RV/GCR... Those who hold the basket
currencies and/or the Zim Bond are standing on the threshold
of infinite financial capacity. Think of it this way. The
currency holders especially Zim holders and/or "Chosen Ones"
have thought about the imminent exchanges and their
responsibility to mankind for years. My personal and network
level of preparation is indicative of being chosen and all I
can say is the law of attraction has provided worldwide

First, I am reading I-UV website about the arrest of Heather
Anne Tucci-Jarraf and ask that all pray and keep her in your
thoughts and definitely KEEP HER VISIBLE
My thoughts... related to all of this???
In my Honest Opinion

First the TDAs themselves...
What a perfect cover story that explains our sudden ability
to do all we have desire to do as Light Workers... and not
be overly noticed as others will have some increase in
financial capacity.
I see no need to comment on the validity of the accounts
themselves other than to say that the TDA is LAWFUL and it
is here... but it will only be FULLY deployed when there is
across the board agreement on HOW they will be accessed and
WHO will access them
I agree with WHOOF on the point that we have been witnessing
a Beta Test of the TDAs for the last several weeks. WHY? I
have seen pages and pages of evidence that indicate that
there are companies and organizations worldwide that have
been accessing an account associated with my social security
number and my name for decades... and I believe as others
have conjectured; all of these transactions are off ledger
and tax free.
So again WHY the Beta Test? I believe it was to allow
transactions and then pull them back. I believe what has
been tested is the NPTB capacity to strip all of these
nefarious organizations of the funds they have stolen for
these many decades. Nice theory eh? and yet as I write I
sense a ring of truth in it.
As far as the cabal's involvement in this??? We have been
assured over and over again that they have no notable power
left to do any widespread harm... I tend to believe this as
the real concern two months ago was sharing the 800#s only
by word of mouth and now they are talking about a world wide
shotgun release and that all electronic forms of passing the
number along is acceptable.
So the release is apparently tomorrow night after Trump
signs the healthcare bill... I'll bite on that... after all
keeping our energy and expectation for this to happen
affects the release as much as if not more than any other
determining factor. Yet things which Yosef shared in several
SITREPs did not occur... but we must remain vigilant in our
hearts
So where does this leave us concerning the TDAs? Please bear
with me as I believe this a VERY important dialogue..
Foremost... I DO believe this release is meant to be part of
NESARA but the SCOPE of what is being attempted through HATJ
and those with her is BEYOND what has initially been
communicated concerning the NESARA/GESARA mandate. I admit
though that I have no knowledge of what may fully be defined
in unpublished guidelines concerning NESARA/GESARA
A couple of foundational thoughts to begin with: I've heard
Tank several times on the RTC speak of this being OUR
MONEY... (on a personal note...LOVE your heart TANK... your
passion for justice... I feel ya brother) Yet do I agree?
YES and NO... From a business perspective The OPTW used MY
NAME and created an account associated with MY NAME...
THEREFORE, I SHOULD HAVE A SAY IN DECISIONS CONCERNING THESE
FUNDS.... Yet is it personally ALL MY MONEY? ABSOLUTELY
NOT... as I DID NOT PERSONALLY EARN IT,
YET AS A CORPORATION with a number assigned to MY NAME... I
SHOULD BE THE ONLY PAID OFFICER IN THE CORPORATION ASSIGNED
TO MY NAME AND CROSS REFERENCED TO MY ACCOUNT...
THE ONLY PAID OFFICER IN THE CORPORATION ASSIGNED TO YOUR
NAME AND CROSS REFERENCED TO YOUR ACCOUNT IS YOU... AND WHO
OWNS THE CORPORATION ASSIGNED TO YOUR NAME? YOU GUESSED

THE CORPORATE DECISIONS THAT NEED TO BE MADE CONCERNING EACH
OF OUR INDIVIDUAL CORPORATIONS IS UP TO THE AMERICAN
PEOPLE...THE SHAREHOLDERS... PERIOD
PERHAPS WE CONSIDER THAT ALL VOTING SHAREHOLDERS ARE 18
YEARS OLD OR ABOVE
PERHAPS IN A SPIRIT OF COOPERATION WITH OUR NEWLY INSTALLED
REPUBLIC WE SHOULD WORK TOGETHER TO DEFINE WHAT IS ON THE
PEOPLE'S REFERENDUM, BUT IT IS OUR VOTE
SO AS WE ELIMINATE ALL ACCESS TO THE AFOREMENTIONED OFF
LEDGER TRANSACTIONS AND IN THE SPIRIT OF WHAT HAS ALREADY
BEEN PUT FORTH, I WANT TO SHARE WHAT I BELIEVE WOULD BE IN A
REFERENDUM OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
BUT BEFORE I DO THIS I AM LED TO SPEAK TO THE THOUGHT OF
UNFETTERED ACCESS TO TDAs FOR EVERYONE... ALL AT ONCE
I CALLED INTO DR. WC'S REAL TRUTH CALL THE OTHER DAY AND HAD
THE PLEASURE OF SPEAKING WITH FISHER... AFTER HE ASCERTAINED
THAT I KNEW AT LEAST IN A RUDIMENTARY WAY ABOUT 3D PRINTERS
AND FOOD REPLICATORS; WE DISCUSSED BRIEFLY THE DISRUPTIVE
EFFECT OF EVERYONE RECEIVING TDA ACCESS ACROSS THE BOARD. WE
AGREED THAT YES... THERE WOULD BE A DISRUPTIVE EFFECT TO
BASIC SERVICES ACROSS THE BOARD
SO AS WE DISCUSS THIS... REMEMBER... OUR PRIME DIRECTIVE: DO

So having just checked this statistic, i can tell you that
there are a little over 127 million Americans who are
considered employed across this country... Having said this
EVERY one of us has read a horror story or two about what
happens to the unprepared SAP that wins the lottery...
IMAGINE... JUST IMAGINE IF YOU WILL 127,000,000 Americans
having unfettered access to TDAs... or if you will... they
all win the Lottery... ALL AT ONCE....
Let's try to follow grandma as she takes her dog to the
vet...
The Vet's office is closed... Why? The Vet assistant has
left town having booked a flight to the Caribbean... oh
wait... She is stuck at the airport as half the workforce of
the airport took the day off... our vet assistant decides to
go back home.... but she can't get a cab... half the cabbies
didn't come in as the NFC championship game is on in the
afternoon... But the game isn't cut out for what it's meant
to be as about 30% of the team didn't show up... after
all... why risk injury when you're a multi-billionaire with
unfettered access to your account... HEY... remember the
replacement players??? Oops... not happening as they're not
showing up for the same reason... the folks in the stand
watching the game up close and personal... they can't even
get a warm beer and a cold hot dog... care to guess why?
Hmm... So let's just call the above scenario the X Factor
knowing that it has an infinite number of variables that
lead to an infinite number of cause and effect cycles... I
know... I know automation and AI will handle all of these
menial jobs right? Well maybe in 5 years, but not 5
months... but let's say all of those menial tasks can be
handled 100% in let's say less than 24 hours... Is it
possible? Absolutely... Is it likely... probable not...
Would mass psychosis happen if this moved too quickly? what
do you think?
Would unfettered access cause a basic breakdown in societal
infrastructure?
Saying it another way...
Would grandma find groceries at the store next week?
Would her electricity be turned back on after a sever
thunderstorm?
If automation is not in place to handle the menial jobs
associated with grandma's well being...
HAVE WE CAUSED HARM BY MOVING TOO QUICKLY?
So let's think about what a referendum for the American
shareholders would look like
At the C-Level of a typical Corporation there is a mixture
of salary and benefits... Yet there must be an equality in
our approach. Yet at the same time there are distinctions
that should be considered.
The equality stems from the fact that when we arrived in our
birthday suits, without any other factors to consider, we
were all equal... our sex does not change this, nor the
color of our skin, neither does our family's standing in
society...
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men (and
women) are created equal, that they are endowed by their
Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these
are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
Pretty awesome words; right?
So all things considered, the only difference we can
possible perceive economically (since each birth stood on
equal footing) is how long an account has been maturing...
Now lets look at the referendum...
Please note that I am not a statistician, nor can I speak to
any of the variables in the above X Factor...
But lets look at this through the lens of maturity:
55 and older FULL access to a predetermined very generous
salary with an initial bonus from the corporation associated
with their name This salary is determined for this age group
as determined by all 325 million shareholders... How about
that...We get to vote on our compensation just like
congress! Permanent unrestricted healthcare
40 to 55 Limited access to cash resources for special
purchases (new house, car, special vacations) This cash
resource should be used only as a supplemental to employment
income making a quality of life attainable that was not
possible before TDA accounts. Retirement of all debt per
Nesara... Permanent unrestricted healthcare, and funds for
continuing education if someone desires to change
professions or learn a new career
30 to 40 Same as above... Limited access to cash resources
for special purchases (new house, car, special vacations)
This cash resource should be used only as a supplemental to
employment income making a quality of life attainable that
was not possible before TDA accounts. Retirement of all debt
per Nesara... Permanent unrestricted healthcare, and funds
for continuing education if someone desires to change
professions or learn a new career

So here we are with the RV and TDAs coming on line
concurrently as part of NESARA.... Even though there is
great kindness in the thought of making resources available
across the board we must have a time of transition. Because
quite frankly "unfettered access" is mayhem in a moment and
